“I can not say enough good things about the Sound Team. We are fairly new to the area and knew next to nothing about neighborhoods in Seattle/the surrounding area. We got in contact with the team about 6 months before we knew we would be actively looking to buy our first home. In the following months, they took us to homes in our price range in all different neighborhoods, explaining what restaurants, schools, etcetera that were nearby and pros and cons of each location.

At the end of the day, Sound Team Realty not only helped us get a home that met our exact criteria, they helped us secure it at asking price and we were able to close in less than a month with a VA loan.
