“Jesse and Fletch helped me sell a 2 bedroom condo on Finn Hill in Kirkland. While this sale did not require two realtors, Jesse started the process but then was scheduled for a surgery which would require recovery time. Jesse was professional and utilized many of his contacts to help stage my condo so it would look great for showings, his cleaning crew did an excellent job in doing a deep clean and Jesse was concise and patient in our discussion as to what price and the timing of when to list the property.
Fletch stepped in while Jesse was recovering, just as the listing went active. After two days on the market with a lot of activity/viewings, I accepted a full price offer. Fletch provided answers to all my questions about the offer and went over all the pros and cons about the potential buyers.
