We then work with you on neighborhood suggestions for what may best meet your needs and lifestyle. From walking the construction site with you to help explain what you are looking at, to helping with the selection of finishes, and ensuring builder follow through so the place is perfect before you close, we are here to advocate for you.

WHAT TO KNOW

When you visit the site of new homes, there will often be a very helpful agent working at the model home who is more than happy to assist you in writing up an offer to get you your new dream home. Those helpful agents represent the builder/seller. They have a fiduciary responsibility to get every penny they can for their client. You are NOT their client.
